Why this page exists
Most systems in this category make you book a call before they will tell you a number. We would rather you worked out whether this is affordable at eleven at night, without talking to anybody.
No platform fee

Is the trial really free?
Yes — 14 days, self-serve, nothing charged, and onboarding only begins if you decide to stay. You load your own clients, projects and people from the spreadsheet templates and enter live time the same afternoon.
What is actually in the $15 seat?
Everything a consultant does: logging time, submitting expenses with a receipt photographed on a phone, requesting time off, and seeing their own staffing plan. It is a full seat for that person, not a read-only or limited licence.
Do we have to put everyone on at once?
No. Timesheets and expenses first is the common path — that is where the numbers come from — with invoicing and revenue recognition turned on when you are ready. Each module can be switched off for the whole firm until then.
Is onboarding compulsory?
It is how a firm starts on clean data rather than on a half-finished import, so it is how we sell it. The trial is not: an afternoon with the spreadsheet templates gets you entering live time the same day, before any money changes hands.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Export any record type as CSV at any time from inside the app; you do not need to ask. On cancellation the schema is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
